Refund Policy
Any refund regarding the tuition will be calculated using the Illinois refund policy in effect at the time of the student’s withdrawal. The refund policy shall apply to the stated program price. Percentage of the program completed is computed based on the actual hours completed.
A. When notice of cancellation is given after the 5th day following enrollment, but before the completion of the student’s first day of class attendance, the school will retain the registration fee of $100.00, plus the student’s charged costs of any books and/or materials which have been provided by the school and retained by the student.
B. Students who enroll and begin classes, tuition adjustments shall be made in the following manner.

C. Notice of cancellation must be in writing. The postmark will determine the cancellation date or the date the notices is delivered in person to the school manager. This policy applies regardless of whether or not the student has actually begun training.
D. Enrollment time is determined as the time elapsed between the actual starting date and the date of the student’s last day of physical attendance in the school. Any monies due to the student will be refunded within 45 days from any of the following situations, whichever occurs first:
i. Formal cancellation by the student as defined in “Buyers Right to cancel” where the student, parent, or guarantor have the right to cancel the enrollment agreement until midnight the fifth (5th) business day after the student has enrolled and not begun classes, and the student agrees to pay the cancellation fee or administrative fee of $150.00;
ii. Formal termination by the School for any cause, which includes non-payment of any amount when due hereunder, failure of a student to attend class for 14 days without the School’s consent;
iii. Failure to return from an approved leave of absence by the documented date of scheduled return or the date that the student notifies the institution that he or she will not be returning. The cost of books, equipment and supplies is not included in the tuition adjustment computation and such items will not be refunded.
E. Requests for transfer documents are provided free of charge for an initial request and at a rate of $2.00 per subsequent occurrence.
F. Refund guidelines also apply in the event of any of the following circumstances:
i. If the student becomes ill or is in a disabling accident and is unable to attend school for extended periods of time.
ii. If the student has suffered a death in his/her immediate family.
iii. If there are circumstances beyond the control of the student that render his/her attendance impossible and are accepted by the school.
G. If the school is permanently closed and is no longer offering instruction after a student has enrolled, the student shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund of tuition.
H. If a course is cancelled subsequent to a student’s enrollment, the school shall, at its option
i. Provide a full refund of all monies paid or
ii. Provide completion of the course
